Services Offered for a Fee

Air Reservations - $30 domestic, $60 internationalAirlines no longer pay commissions to agents unless the airfare is part of a package through a negotiated contract with a tour company or cruise line. As a result of this change, all agencies apply fees to air reservations for processing and ticketing. I use air wholesalers to get the best rates available to keep fares competitive for my clients.

In Depth Custom Itineraries - $150+

If you are looking for a one of a kind vacation experience that involves multiple destinations and a very detailed itinerary with multiple extras such as theater tickets, restaurant reservations, hot air ballooning, biking, camping, rafting, park/museum admissions or boat rentals, this is my specialty. I can craft a vacation of a lifetime for you and your family. I use reputable tour companies on a daily basis to book a wide range of sightseeing for my clients at no fee, but sometimes they types of service requested can not be obtained through the vendors that work directly with travel agents and pay us commission. I am always willing to throw in a few extra services free to my clients, but if a requested itinerary has many items that can not be arranged through agency partners a fee will be discussed at the time which covers research and development hours, my international communications and the reservations themselves.

Property Rentals - 10% Finders Fee

Apartments and home rentals are a great alternative to hotels for long stays or large groups. Finding the perfect place can take a lot of time and communication. I am glad to find your dream rental for your next vacation, and often use them for my own. In some cases, the property owners are set up to work with commissions, but often they are individuals who do not have the means to do this. In this case, a 10% finders fee on top of the rental price will be added for the service.
